Compare
Four other products organizers actually consider, in one table. Every figure comes from the vendor's own pages, and the rows where somebody else is ahead are in here too. A comparison that only shows favourable rows stops being useful the moment anyone opens the other tab.
Five different pricing models. Each is stated the way that vendor states it, in the currency they publish.
| Product | How it is priced | Published price | Participants |
|---|---|---|---|
| MixerApp | Per event | $19.99 CAD per event, no monthly fee | Unlimited |
| SpeedMatchApp | Monthly subscription | $100 · $150 · $200 · $350 USD per month | 60 · 100 · 200 · 385 in person by tier, then $1.75 down to $0.85 per additional |
| Fotify Match & Connect | Per event | $19.99 USD per event | Not documented |
| Dash Dating | Per event, or in packs | $39 USD single · $99 for three · $149 for five | Up to 50 per event |
| Fanciful | Share of ticket sales | C$1.90 + 2% per ticket sold, deducted from the ticket price | Not documented |
SpeedMatchApp also lists a Custom plan with a pay-per-event option; its price is not published, so it is not compared here. Fanciful requires that tickets are sold through Fanciful.
Three states, because a blank cell is a claim. ✓ documented as present on their own pages. ✗ documented as absent, or documented as working a different way. Not documented means exactly that. We did not find it published.

You run video or virtual events, or you want an API. You want ticketing and payments handled for you. You want a photo-led, swipe-style evening. You would rather two people messaged inside an app than exchanged numbers. MixerApp does none of those.
Your events are in person, your calendar is uneven, and your rooms vary in size, the three things a per-participant monthly subscription charges you most for. One price per event, whoever turns up. Your contact list stays yours between events, so the next room can be filled from the last one. Daters see your brand and never ours, from the signup page through to the results email. And consent is captured the way CASL asks for.
