  • No monthly commitment. Run four events one month and none the next; you are charged based on usage.
  • Your branding, not ours. Your business name, your colours, your sending domain. Attendees never see MixerApp.

Questions people actually ask

Is this actually cheaper than what I am using now?

MixerApp is $19.99 CAD per event, with no monthly fee, no participant allowance and no per-participant charge. Most tools in this category bill monthly with an allowance on top. Which works out cheaper depends on how many events you actually ran last quarter. The Compare page has every competitor’s published pricing beside ours.

What if I only run a few events some months?

A quiet month costs nothing. There is no subscription running in the background, nothing expires if you skip a month, and nothing to cancel and re-start. You are billed per event, when results go out.

How does this compare to other tools?

There’s a full breakdown on the Compare page.

What counts as one event?

One night, one room, one round of matching. Running two nights on the same evening, one for ages 25 to 35 and another for 35 to 45, is two events, because they are two separate rooms of people.

When am I charged?

When you run matching, the moment the service is actually delivered. Setting an event up and building a roster costs nothing, so an event that never happens is never billed.

Is there a contract?

No. There is nothing to cancel, because there is nothing recurring.

What about my participant list?

It stays yours, event to event, so you can invite past attendees to the right kind of night. Anyone who has not given marketing consent is never in that list, whatever the filter says.
